BNC AG becomes Axians BNC AG
Important information on the changeover as of January 8, 2026
As part of our integration into the international Axians network, we will be operating under the new name Axians BNC AG from January 8, 2026.
Here you will find all relevant information on the changeover, in particular on invoicing during the transition phase.
Name change and necessary adjustments
As of January 8, 2026, BNC AG will operate under the new name Axians BNC AG.
Please check and update your internal systems and master data accordingly.

Invoicing during the transition phase
Please inform your finance department and make the necessary adjustments to your systems.

- Invoicing will take place as before at the beginning of December 2025
- Under the name BNC AG with the previous VAT number

- We will not be able to issue invoicesin December 2025 (due to system change)
- Invoicing will take place from the 2nd calendar week in January 2026
- New under Axians BNC AG with new group VAT number (CHE-116.325.537 VAT)
Messaging & system migration
As part of the integration, a messaging and telephony migrationwill takeplace in January. This will ensure that our communication remains stable, secure and future-oriented in the future.
